UK Delivery

Standard Deliveries within the United Kingdom usually arrive within 2-3 working days.

Express Deliveries within the United Kingdom usually arrive within 1-2 working days.

If you have selected Next-Day Guaranteed, your order will be delivered by 1pm the next working day, excluding bank holidays and weekends. Your order must be placed before 3pm, London GMT to then be delivered on the next working day.

All orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays and public holidays. We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day, when the order is placed before 3pm, London GMT.

Please note, orders can be subject to a delay in dispatch during busy periods or restock days. 

DHL Express Delivery

DHL Express delivery times vary for different zones across the world. Orders placed by 12pm London GMT are dispatched on the same day, orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day. See below for an accurate delivery time for your region:

– USA and Europe your parcel will arrive within 1 or 2 Business Days. 

– China, Brazil, Argentina, Parts of Africa your parcel will arrive within 3 Business Days.

– Russia, Parts of Africa and South Africa your parcel will arrive within 3 Business Days.

– Parts of Africa, South Africa and Australia your parcel will arrive within 4 Business Days.

– India, ROW, Parts of Africa and Remote Areas your parcel will arrive within 5 Business Days.

Please note these delivery times are only applicable for those who selected DHL Express as the delivery method at checkout. DHL tracking numbers will be emailed upon dispatch. 

Airmail Delivery

Deliveries to Europe usually arrive within 5 business days.

Deliveries to America, Australia, Asia, the Middle East & Africa usually arrive within 10 business days.

All orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays and public holidays. We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day, when the order is placed before 3pm, London GMT.

Tracking

If you have been emailed the tracking number for your item(s) from Royal Mail you can track them here.

Tracking numbers aren’t always provided due to the service type used. Therefore you can expect delivery within the estimated time frames above.

If we are unable to provide you the tracking number, please allow the maximum estimated delivery times to pass before further contact.

DHL tracking numbers will be emailed upon dispatch.
